Martin D28 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar 2003 (Used)

2003 Martin D28 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar. The legendary D28 has been one of the most coveted acoustic guitars since its introduction in the 30s and this 2003 model is no exception. Having reached the age of maturity where the woods have now seasoned and everything has settled, it's got a balanced voice that is dynamic and proud. This is a Japanese market model where they accept no compromises on instruments imported for sale and has been lovingly cared for over the decades. It's been played sparingly with almost zero fret wear or lacquer wear in the playing regions. 

Pre 'reimagined' specs including original placement braces, solid sprice top, solid Indian rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, ebony board and bridge. 

Aeshetically it's a solid 9/10 with the only blemishes of note are a small lacquer chip on the bass side of the fretboard, a scratch on the top near the end pin on the treble side, a small lacquer chip on the side of the body on the binding, some small black dots on the the top near the forearm area, slight wearing of the lacquer at the forarm area of the binding and some light scratches on the sides and back. All to be expected of a guitar of this age. 

Comes with the original hard case, warranty card and manuals and has been freshly setup with Elixirs and plays like an absolute dream.
